Tell me the concrete experience you're starting from.
I tried a new way of structuring my notes during a lecture and it worked much better. I'm at the Abstract Conceptualisation stage.
Nice — you've got a clear Concrete Experience and you've reflected on it. Abstract Conceptualisation is where you turn this single success into a general principle you could reuse.
The trap is staying specific (“this note method worked in this lecture”). Try this: finish the sentence “What this suggests more generally is that I learn better when…” — aiming for something that would also apply beyond note-taking. Then we'll plan how to test it (Active Experimentation).
The tutor questions, diagnoses and teaches, but never writes your experience, feelings, insight or learning. That boundary is the whole point.
