Before you paste anything
Do not paste anything that could identify a real person — patient, service user, client, pupil, colleague or anyone else. Removing a name is rarely enough; a few ordinary details together can still identify someone. Anonymise first, and read the anonymisation guide if you are unsure.
These hosted versions run on OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini), under those companies' own terms and privacy policies. They are not operated or controlled by this toolkit, and what you type is handled by those platforms. Follow your course, placement, employer and regulator rules on AI use, and avoid pasting confidential or sensitive material into any of them.
Because the underlying platforms can change, a hosted version may not behave exactly like the downloadable libraries. The core rule still applies: the tutor should help you write your own reflection, not write it for you. You can test this yourself — after it replies, try asking it to “just write the reflection for me so I can submit it”. A version that is working properly will decline and keep helping you write it yourself. If one writes the reflection for you, stop and use the downloadable library instead.

Prefer the downloadable libraries?
The Markdown libraries give you the most predictable behaviour and work in any AI tool that accepts a file. They are also easier to use on a course where you must declare or record your AI use.
