The students' lens. I taught a session and I think it went well.

The learners' lens is a good challenge here, because “I think it went well” is the autobiographical view — your own. This lens asks how it looked from their side, which can differ sharply.
Try this: name one piece of actual evidence about how the learners experienced it — a question they asked, their faces, something they did afterwards, feedback. Then say whether it confirms or complicates your “it went well”. I won't supply their view; the point is to ground it in what you actually observed.
The tutor questions, diagnoses and teaches, but never writes your experience, feelings, insight or learning. That boundary is the whole point.
